ITMO University (ITMO: Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics) is a large state university in Saint Petersburg and is one of Russia's National Research Universities. ITMO University is one of 15 Russian universities that were selected to participate in Russian Academic Excellence Project 5-100 by the government of the Russian Federation to improve their international competitiveness among the world's leading research and educational centers.

I'm doing a degree in computer science in Saint Petersburg - I’m a third year student of ITMO University. As for technologies, I prefer to develop Java applications, Spring services and, of course, nice and comfortable UI interfaces with React.js. In my free time I usually read a classic literature, play board games, cook a vegetarian food, take photos and ski. Also I adore hiking and spending time with my family.

Jorge Luis Victória Barbosa received MSc and PhD in computer science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, Brazil. He conducted post-doctoral studies at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Suwon, South Korea. Jorge is a full professor at the Applied Computing Graduate Program (PPGCA) of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), head of the university's Mobile Computing Lab (MOBILAB), and a researcher at the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). His main research interests are mobile and ubiquitous computing, context prediction using context histories, mainly through similarity and pattern analysis, and ubiquitous computing applications mainly in health (u-health), and accessibility (u-accessibility) and learning (u-learning).
